- A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued for the installation, in accordance with SANS 10142 standards.
- Warranty claims must include:
- Proof of installation by a certified professional
- Installation photos
- Valid COC
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in a rejected warranty claim.
