Installation & Warranty Guidelines
- Qualified Installation Required: All inverters and batteries must be installed by a certified electrical wireman or Master Electrician registered with the Department of Labour.
- A Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required for valid warranty claims.
- The installation must comply with SANS 10142 standards and all relevant regulations.
- Warranty claims will not be honored without installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of installation by a qualified professional.
